7. Returns & Refunds
If the returned item meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
8. Warranty & Claims
If you receive a defective or non-functional product, please email support@hbadaeurope.com. You may be asked to provide a description of the issue and a photo or video. We will repair, replace, or refund the product according to EU consumer protection laws.
